With its fresh juiciness, delicate berry fruit, and elegant fizz, this rosé is a fantastic aperitif and perfectly suited for light Mediterranean cuisine. It pairs excellently with classic Prosciutto e Melone – here, the finely integrated acidity perfectly balances the fruit sweetness of the melon and the spiciness of the ham. It also impresses with creamy Mozzarella di Bufala with sun-ripened tomatoes or honest summer classics like spaghetti with fresh tomato sauce and basil.
