Despite the thick extraction, the berry aromas are delicate, with lingering wild raspberry and forest fruit. The wine shows a nice juxtaposition between its bold, masculine side and an elegant feminine one. The mouthfeel is bold, plush and powerful."

Since we don't fine our wines today or in the past, especially older red wines can have a larger depot. It's best to slowly pour 3/4 of the bottle. Pour the last sip carefully or filter the last quarter through a thin cloth.
